For over 75 years, the Reese Volunteer Fire Department has stood as the first line of defense for our neighbors. We are more than just a department; we are your friends and family members, trained and ready to respond 24/7 with professional excellence and a commitment to keeping Reese safe.

Fire Suppression

We respond rapidly to fires, controlling flames and protecting lives and property efficiently always ready.

Rescue Services

Provide life saving rescue operations during emergencies, disasters, accidents ensuring swift extraction and safety support.

EMS

Emergency medical services provide rapid pre hospital care, stabilization, treatment, and transport patients effectively immediately.

Community Training & Safety

Educate and train communities in fire safety, disaster preparedness, emergency response, prevention techniques awareness programs.

Auxiliary

Auxiliary supports emergency operations with manpower, logistics, communication, assistance services enhancing response efficiency overall performance.

ETC

ETC provides additional specialized support services beyond core emergency functions assisting operations effectively when required.

Junior Firefighter Program

Safe, Educated, and Well-Trained Firefighters

Our mission is to be the model for fire departments with Junior Firefighter Youth programs to introduce the young community to the fire service and to provide a safe environment for social activities for youth within our community.

The Reese & Community Volunteer Fire Company and its Junior Firefighter Program work together to educate, protect, and serve youth in Reese and surrounding communities.

The program helps recruit, train, and guide the next generation of firefighters, preparing them to safely serve and protect our community.

Safety, education, teamwork, compassion, service to others, integrity, honesty, self-discipline, accountability, professionalism, respect, dignity, pride, honor, friendship and fun.

1. Must be 12-15 years of age.

2. Must attend monthly meetings

3. Must maintain a 2.0 GPA.

4. Must provide a report card each marking period.
